Racism is destroying our world. Racism is highly affecting our society. Racism is endangering our people. This needs to stop. My first point is that racism is sinful.  Since we fall into sin, we cannot do good in God’s eyes. People think that they can do whatever they want because it doesn’t matter but it does. John 13:34 tells us “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.” This says that we should love, not hate, but love. Proverbs 31:8-9 tells us “Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and defend the rights of the poor and needy.” This tells us that we should defend everyone. We shouldn’t fight with others just because they are different. Different doesn’t mean wrong, it means it’s just not the same. Also, people are being harmed, or sometimes killed, just because they look different. According to NSC Injury Facts, Non-Hispanic Blacks are about 14 percent of racial deaths.  So many people died,  just because of the way that they were born.  Non-Hispanic, or Latino whites, experienced an exasperating 70% of racial deaths. Finally, we are all the same and we should treat others how we want to be treated. Say someone is picking on someone of a different race. Think about how they feel. If this continues the streets will not be safe for everyone. Before the whole Black Rights Movement, if I were black I would never leave home. I would just have to live off of Doordash. This world is a terrible sin-filled world. Just thinking about how people treat others for the way they are is disgusting. With that being said, that is why I feel like this whole racism thing needs to stop.
